ISRO-NASA joint mission to provide early warning for Natural Disasters
India's space agency ISRO and the US space agency NASA will jointly launch the satellite ‘NISAR’ from Sriharikota on July 30, 2025. This satellite will scan the entire Earth every 12 days and will be capable of providing early warnings for natural disasters such as earthquakes, landslides, volcanic activity, and ocean disturbances.
