खबर के अनुसार, बागेश्वर जिले में होली को लेकर खाद्य सुरक्षा विभाग ने नगर क्षेत्र में खाद्य प्रतिष्ठानों पर सघन जांच अभियान चलाया। बताया गया कि मिलावट रोकने के लिए बाहरी जनपदों से सामग्री लाने वाले डिस्ट्रीब्यूटर/सप्लायरों की खास जांच हुई और विभाग ने स्पष्ट किया कि आमजन के स्वास्थ्य से खिलवाड़ करने वालों पर कठोर कार्रवाई होगी।
