INS Arnala commissioned into Indian Navy

India’s first indigenous anti-submarine warship, INS Arnala, has been commissioned into the Indian Navy. It is the first of 16 anti-submarine shallow water crafts built with 80% indigenous technology. INS Arnala is equipped to monitor and track enemy submarines in coastal areas.
