भारत के कई राज्यों में भीषण गर्मी का असर जारी है। पूर्वी उत्तर प्रदेश में तापमान 44.2°सैल्सियस तक पहुंच गया। वहीं, कोंकण, गोवा और महाराष्ट्र के कुछ हिस्सों में तापमान सामान्य से कम रहा। पूर्वोत्तर राज्यों असम, मेघालय और अरुणाचल प्रदेश में भारी से अत्यंत भारी बारिश की संभावना है, जिसके चलते ऑरेंज अलर्ट जारी किया गया है।

Severe heat continues in parts of India, with eastern Uttar Pradesh recording 44.2°C. In contrast, Konkan, Goa, and parts of Maharashtra saw below-normal temperatures. Heavy to very heavy rain is likely in Assam, Meghalaya, and Arunachal Pradesh, with an orange alert issued.
