खबर के अनुसार, उत्तराखण्ड के बागेश्वर के सेरी गांव में 2015 की आपदा के बाद प्रभावित परिवारों के कई मकान अब भी अधूरे हैं। बताया गया कि बजट की कमी के कारण 9 मकानों का निर्माण पूरा नहीं हो पाया है, जिसके लिए ग्रामीणों ने जिलाधिकारी से मांग की है कि मानसून से पहले जल्द धनराशि जारी की जाए ताकि निर्माण कार्य पूरा हो सके।
