In view of the rain, the Meteorological Department issued an alert

According to the Meteorological Department, there is a possibility of heavy to very heavy rains in Nainital and Pauri in the next 24 hours. For the first time, the Meteorological Department has issued a red alert for Pauri, Nainital. Along with this, heavy rain has also been forecast in Dehradun, Champawat, Tehri, Bageshwar, Almora, and Pithoragarh.
