खबरों के अनुसार वैशाली (बिहार) में 91 वर्षीय बुजुर्ग के निधन के बाद परिजनों को श्मशान जाने का रास्ता रोके जाने के चलते सड़क पर ही चिता जलाकर अंतिम संस्कार करना पड़ा। आरोप है कि जाति विवाद के कारण शव यात्रा को आगे जाने के लिए रास्ता नहीं दिया गया। वहीं, मामले के सामने आने के बाद प्रशासन ने जांच के आदेश दिए हैं।
