जानकारी के अनुसार, इंटरनेशनल फेडरेशन ऑफ जर्नलिस्ट (आईएफजे) की रिपोर्ट में बताया गया कि साल 2025 में दुनिया भर में 128 पत्रकार और मीडिया कर्मियों की हत्या हुई है। रिपोर्ट में कहा गया कि सबसे ज्यादा पत्रकार गाजा में मारे गए, जहां इजराइल और हमास के युद्ध कवरेज के दौरान 56 पत्रकारों की जान गई।

According to reports, the International Federation of Journalists (IFJ) stated that in 2025, a total of 128 journalists and media workers were killed worldwide. The report said the highest number of deaths was recorded in Gaza, where 56 journalists lost their lives while covering the Israel–Hamas war.
