झारखंड में शराब घोटाले को लेकर सियासी हलचल तेज हो गई है। भ्रष्टाचार निरोधक ब्यूरो ने पहली बार राज्य के आईएएस अधिकारी विनय चौबे समेत पांच लोगों को गिरफ्तार किया है। इन पर प्लेसमेंट एजेंसियों को फायदा पहुंचाकर सरकार को ₹38 करोड़ का नुकसान पहुंचाने का आरोप है।

Political turmoil has intensified in Jharkhand over the liquor scam. The Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) has, for the first time, arrested a senior IAS officer, Vinay Choubey, along with four others. They are accused of favoring placement agencies, causing a loss of ₹38 crore to the state government.
