कुंभ कोरोना टेस्ट के फर्जीवाड़े में हाईकोर्ट ने आरोपितों की जमानत अर्जी सुनने से इंकार कर दिया है। आरोपित मैक्स कारपोरेट सर्विसेज के सर्विस पार्टनर शरत पंत और उनकी पत्नी मल्लिका पंत के जमानत याचिका पर वीडियो काॅन्फ्रेंसिंग के जरिए सुनवाई की। एकलपीठ ने याचिका को सुनने से इंकार कर दिया।
