अगस्त मुनि के फलाई गांव की रहने वाली 62 वर्षीय जानकी देवी और उनकी बहू पूनम जंगल में घास काट रहे थे। तभी अचानक झाड़ी के पीछे छुपे गुलदार ने पूनम पर हमला कर दिया। यह देख जानकी देवी गुलदार से भिड़ गई और अपनी बहू पूनम की जान बचा ली। जानकी देवी को गहरी चोटें लगीं। उन्‍हें सीएचसी अगस्त मुनि में प्राथमिक उपचार देने के बाद हायर सेंटर रेफर कर दिया गया है। बुजुर्ग महिला की इस बहादुरी पर लोग उन्हें सलाम कर रहे हैं।

यहां बहू को बचाने के लिए गुलदार से भिड़ गई सास

Janki Devi, age 62, and her daughter-in-law Poonam, residents of Phalai village in August Muni, were cutting grass in the forest. Then suddenly the leopard hiding behind the bush attacked Poonam. Seeing this Janaki Devi clashed with leopard and saved her daughter-in-law Poonam's life. Janaki Devi suffered deep injuries. She has been referred to higher center after giving first aid at CHC August Muni. People are saluting her on this bravery of an elderly woman.
