हल्द्वानी मंगल पड़ाव में शहर के बीचों-बीच कोतवाली से कुछ दूरी पर यूपी रोडवेज की बस पर अचानक ब्रेक फेल हो गए। ब्रेक फेल होने के कारण बस ने दो कारों को टक्कर मार दी। सूचना मिलने के बाद मौके पर पहुंची पुलिस ने बस को किनारे लगाया। करीब आधे घण्टे से अधिक सड़क पर जाम लगा रहा।
