Heavy rain warning in Uttarakhand, Mandakini river water level rises

The Meteorological Department has issued a heavy to very heavy rainfall alert for Chamoli, Dehradun, Bageshwar, and Nainital in Uttarakhand. In Rudraprayag, the water level of the Mandakini River has risen above the warning mark, prompting the administration to urge residents along the riverbanks to remain alert.
