भारत मौसम विज्ञान केंद्र, देहरादून द्वारा पौड़ी जिले में भारी से बहुत भारी बारिश का अलर्ट जारी किया गया है। मौसम विभाग की चेतावनी को देखते हुए जिला प्रशासन ने एहतियातन कदम उठाते हुए 5 अगस्त, मंगलवार को जिले के सभी विद्यालयों और आंगनबाड़ी केंद्रों में अवकाश घोषित किया है, ताकि बच्चों की सुरक्षा सुनिश्चित की जा सके।
