स्वास्थ्य मंत्री डाॅ0 धन सिंह रावत ने हेमवती नंदन बहुगुणा चिकित्सा शिक्षा विश्वविद्यालय देहरादून के आवासीय भवनों के भूमि पूजन एवं शिलान्यास कार्यक्रम में प्रतिभाग किया। इस अवसर पर उन्होंने विश्वविद्यालय परिसर में (499.28 लाख) की लागत से बनने वाले कुलपति आवास एवं अन्य आवासीय भवनों की विधिवत आधारशिला रखी। उन्होंने कहा कि राज्य सरकार का मकसद उत्तराखंड में स्वास्थ्य सुविधाओं को और अधिक बेहतर बनाना है, जिसमें विश्वविद्यालय भी अपनी अग्रणी भूमिका निभा रहा है।

Health Minister Dr. Dhan Singh Rawat participated in the Bhoomi Pujan and foundation stone laying ceremony of residential buildings of Hemvati Nandan Bahuguna Medical Education University, Dehradun. On this occasion, he duly laid the foundation stone of the Vice Chancellor's residence and other residential buildings to be built at a cost of (499.28 lakh) in the university campus. He said that the aim of the state government is to improve the health facilities in Uttarakhand, in which the university is also playing its leading role.
