कुछ दिन पूर्व सिडकुल थाना क्षेत्रांतर्गत हॉकी स्टेडियम रोशनाबाद के पास मिले शव की गुत्थी को हरिद्वार पुलिस ने सुलझा लिया हैं। अभियुक्त द्वारा अपनी शराब की लत को पूरा करने के लिये मृतक पोपिन से पैसे लूटने का प्रयास किया लेकिन मृतक के विरोध करने पर वहां पड़े पत्थर से उसके सर पर कई वार कर उसकी हत्या कर दी और जेब से 7000 रुपये लूट कर फरार हो गया।

हरिद्वार पुलिस ने हत्या का किया खुलासा

The accused tried to rob the deceased Popin of money to fulfill his alcohol addiction, but when the deceased protested, he killed him by hitting him several times on the head with a stone lying there and escaped after looting Rs.7000 from his pocket.
