रुड़की के टोड़ा कल्याणपुर गांव में गुलदार कई पशुओं को अपना निवाला बना चुका है। जिसके बाद से ग्रामीणों में दहशत का माहौल है। ग्रामीणों ने वन विभाग को पत्र लिख कर गुलदार को पकड़ने की मांग की है। बता दें गुलदार की आवाजाही सीसीटीवी कैमरे में कैद हो गई।
