'Green Card' facility now available at Narson Border

Pilgrims arriving for the Char Dham Yatra will now be able to obtain Green Cards at the Narson border itself. The Transport Department has made it mandatory for all vehicles participating in the Yatra to obtain a Green Card. To make the process easier, the facility is available through both online and offline modes.
