GRAP-1 has been implemented in Delhi-NCR as the Air Quality Index (AQI) has crossed 200, falling under the "poor" category. Under this phase, construction work, garbage burning, and the use of diesel generators have been banned. The Delhi government urged people to celebrate Diwali in an eco-friendly way without firecrackers.
