Govind Singh Kunjwal claimed to form the government of Congress

Former Assembly Speaker Govind Singh Kunjwal has also claimed that the Congress government will come in the state. He said that the Congress would be able to win 40 to 45 seats. Regarding the CM face on getting the majority, Kunjwal said that who will be made the CM, it will be decided by the party president Sonia Gandhi.
