राज्यपाल लेफ्टिनेंट जनरल गुरमीत सिंह (सेनि) ने सोमवार को राजभवन में ‘आत्मा के स्वर’ खण्ड-3 पुस्तक का विमोचन किया। यह पुस्तक राज्यपाल द्वारा विभिन्न कार्यक्रमों, उत्सवों, दीक्षांत समारोहों आदि में दिए गए 108 प्रमुख संबोधनों का संकलन है।
