Governor Gurmit Singh planted tulip bulbs at Raj Bhavan

Governor Lt Gen Gurmit Singh (Retd) planted the very attractive and delicate flower tulip bulb at Raj Bhavan. It is noteworthy that last year, 4500 bulbs of 13 species of tulips were planted in Raj Bhavan. This year, 4500 bulbs of 17 species/colors of tulips are being planted in Raj Bhavan, which includes 45 bulbs of early variety, 65 bulbs of mid-variety, and 75 bulbs of late variety. These bulbs will remain in the flowering stage till Vasantotsav 2024.
