Governor Lt. Gen. Gurmit Singh (retd) attended the fifth convocation of Doon University and awarded degrees and medals to graduate and post graduate students of various courses. In the convocation, Prof. Gajendra Singh All Round Best Student Award was given to Sumit Sharma and Rishabh Uniyal.
