राज्यपाल गुरमीत सिंह ने एम्स, ऋषिकेश के यूरोलॉजी विभाग के तत्वावधान में यूरोलॉजिकल कैंसर विषय पर जनजागरुकता के उद्देश्य से ‘क्लोज द केयर गैप’ कार्यक्रम में बतौर मुख्य अतिथि प्रतिभाग किया। कार्यक्रम के दौरान राज्यपाल ने यूरोलॉजी विभाग द्वारा यूरोलॉजिकल कैंसर के प्रति जनसामान्य को जागरुक करने के लिए लिखित पुस्तक ‘आशा और उपचार’ का विमोचन किया ।

Governor Gurmit Singh participated as the chief guest in the 'Close the Care Gap' program organized by the Urology Department of AIIMS, Rishikesh with the aim of creating awareness on the subject of urological cancer. During the program, the Governor released the book 'Asha aur Upchar' written by the Urology Department to create awareness among the general public about urological cancer.
