राज्यपाल ले.जन. गुरमीत सिंह ने नई दिल्ली में आयोजित 20वें विश्व शांति महासम्मेलन में प्रतिभाग किया। अंतर्राष्ट्रीय विश्व शांति प्रबोधक महासंघ द्वारा संयुक्त राष्ट्र के आर्थिक और सामाजिक परिषद के सहयोग से आयोजित इस सम्मेलन में राज्यपाल ने ‘यूनाइटेड फाॅर पीसः ए शेयर्ड विजन फाॅर ह्यूमेनिटी’ पुस्तक का विमोचन भी किया।

Governor Lt. Gen. Gurmit Singh participated in the 20th World Peace Conference held in New Delhi. In this conference, the Governor also released the book 'United for Peace: A Shared Vision for Humanity'. The Governor said that peace is not merely a lack of war and violence, but it is a state of living with equality, freedom and respect.
