राज्यपाल गुरमीत सिंह ने राजभवन में पावन चिंतन धारा आश्रम द्वारा संचालित ‘प्रोजेक्ट यूपीएससी’ का शुभारंभ किया। इस अवसर पर राज्यपाल ने कहा कि उत्तराखण्ड के युवाओं में विशेषकर बालिकाओं में असीमित प्रतिभाएं हैं वे संसाधनों के अभाव में अपना सपना पूरा करने से न रह जाय, उनके लिए यह प्रोजेक्ट बहुत ही मददगार साबित होगा।

Governor Gurmit Singh launched 'Project UPSC' run by Pavan Chintan Dhara Ashram at Raj Bhawan. On this occasion, the Governor said that the youth of Uttarakhand, especially the girls, have unlimited talents and they should not be deprived of fulfilling their dreams due to lack of resources. This project will prove to be very helpful for them.
