राज्यपाल लेफ्टिनेंट जनरल गुरमीत सिंह (से नि) ने राजभवन में सांस्कृतिक प्रस्तुतियों और विभिन्न फूलों की भव्य प्रदर्शनी के साथ ‘वसंतोत्सव-2024’ का शुभारम्भ किया। राज्यपाल ने इस अवसर पर डाक विभाग द्वारा इस वर्ष के लिये चयनित ‘थुनेर’ के विशेष डाक आवरण का विमोचन किया, साथ ही डाक विभाग देहरादून द्वारा लगायी गयी डाक टिकट प्रदर्शनी का उद्घाटन किया गया।

Governor Lt Gen Gurmit Singh (Retd) inaugurated ‘Vasantotsav-2024’ with cultural performances and a grand exhibition of various flowers at Raj Bhavan. On this occasion, the Governor released the special postal cover of 'Thuner' selected for this year by the Postal Department, and also inaugurated the philatelic exhibition organized by the Postal Department, Dehradun.
