Governor Lt. Gen. Gurmit Singh (Retd) inaugurated the Women Scientists Conclave organized by Uttarakhand Science Education and Research Centre (USERC). On this occasion, the Governor honoured women scientists who have done excellent work in the field of science and science education and appreciated their efforts.
