राज्यपाल लेफ्टिनेंट जनरल गुरमीत सिंह (सेनि) ने शनिवार को राजभवन प्रेक्षागृह में आयोजित ‘नशामुक्त उत्तराखण्ड’ पर आधारित संगोष्ठी का शुभारंभ किया। इस अवसर पर राज्यपाल ने राष्ट्रीय स्वास्थ्य मिशन, उत्तराखण्ड की पुस्तक ‘तम्बाकू मुक्त शिक्षण संस्थान क्रियान्वयन निर्देशिका’ का विमोचन भी किया।
