राज्यपाल लेफ्टिनेंट जनरल गुरमीत सिंह (से नि) ने शुक्रवार को राजभवन में शोध के क्षेत्र में उत्कृष्ट कार्य करने वाले 06 शोधार्थियों को गवर्नर्स रिसर्च अवॉर्ड से सम्मानित किया। इस दौरान ‘पथ प्रदर्शक’ कार्यक्रम के अन्तर्गत विभिन्न संस्थानों में अध्ययनरत 49 मेधावी छात्र-छात्राओं को छात्रवृत्तियां प्रदान की गयी। इसके अलावा कार्यक्रम में प्रदेशभर की 23 सामाजिक व शैक्षणिक संस्थाओं को आर्थिक सहायता भी प्रदान की गयी।

On Friday Governor Lt Gen Gurmit Singh (Retd)  honored 06 research scholars with the Governor's Research Award at Raj Bhavan for their outstanding work in the field of research. During this, 49 meritorious students studying in various institutions were given scholarships under the 'Path Pradarshak' programme. Apart from this, financial assistance was also provided to 23 social and educational institutions across the state in the programme.
