Yesterday, Chancellor/Governor Lt. Gen. Gurmit Singh attended the seventh convocation of Hemvati Nandan Bahuguna Uttarakhand Medical Education University, Dehradun as the chief guest. On this occasion, he conferred degrees to the students and wished them a bright future.
