UPNL Managing Director Brigadier J.N.S. Bisht (Retd) met with Governor Lt Gen Gurmit Singh (Retd). During the meeting, they discussed the welfare of ex-servicemen and their dependents. The Governor directed that the full benefits of welfare schemes be ensured for the targeted beneficiaries.
