सीमांत जनपद चमोली का गोपेश्वर जिला चिकित्सालय एक बार फिर ’कायाकल्प पुरस्कार’ से सम्मानित हुआ है। स्वच्छता और बेहतर स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं के लिए प्रदेश में शीर्ष स्थान पाने वाले इस अस्पताल को ₹50 लाख की राशि प्रदान की जायेगी, जिसका उपयोग मरीजों की देखभाल और सुविधाओं को बढ़ाने में किया जाएगा।
