कांग्रेस की राष्ट्रीय महासचिव प्रियंका गांधी ने उत्तराखण्ड कांग्रेस का घोषणा पत्र जारी कर दिया है। पूर्व सीएम हरीश रावत ने कहा कि आज तक कांग्रेस ने जो कुछ भी कहा है उसे करके दिखाया है। हमारा प्रयास शिक्षा और स्वास्थ्य को बेहतर करना है। उन्होंने कहा कि घोषणा पत्र में हमने चार धाम, हजार काम पर फोकस किया है।
