चमोली पुलिस द्वारा उत्तराखण्ड़ पुलिस ऐप में गौरा शक्ति ऐप के प्रति महिलाओं को जागरूक करने एवं गौरा शक्ति ऐप के प्रचार-प्रसार हेतु जनपद में गौचर व पीपलकोटी में होर्डिग बोर्ड लगाये गये ताकि अधिक से अधिक महिलाओं को गौरा शक्ति ऐप के प्रति जागरूक कर उनकी शिकायतों का त्वरित निस्तारण किया जा सकें।
