खबर के अनुसार, चंद्र ग्रहण के कारण हरिद्वार में सूतक काल लागू होने से मंदिरों के कपाट बंद कर दिए गए और पूजा-अर्चना अस्थायी रूप से रोक दी गई, जबकि गंगा आरती के समय में भी बदलाव किया गया है। वहीं, ग्रहण समाप्त होने के बाद मंदिरों में सफाई और आरती के साथ धार्मिक गतिविधियां दोबारा शुरू होंगी।
