जाली मार्कशीट बनाने के मामले में सवा महीने से फरार चल रहे गिरोह के सरगना महेन्द्र पाल को उत्तराखण्ड पुलिस एस.टी.एफ. ने मुजफ्फरनगर से गिरफ्तार किया। इस मामले में पुलिस पहले ही एक अभियुक्त को गिरफ्तार कर चुकी है।
