मुख्य सचिव श्री आनंद बर्द्धन ने बताया कि सरकारी विभागों में आउटसोर्स, संविदा और तदर्थ कर्मचारियों की भर्ती पर रोक का असर पहले से काम कर रहे कर्मचारियों पर नहीं पड़ेगा। यह रोक केवल भविष्य की भर्तियों पर लागू होगी, और आने वाले पदों पर केवल नियमित भर्तियां की जाएंगी।
