नैनीताल रोड पर मिनी स्टेडियम के पास एक लावारिश व्यक्ति विक्षिप्त अवस्था में सड़क के किनारे पड़ा हुआ था। शांति व्यवस्था डयूटी के दौरान मंगल पड़ाव चौकी इंचार्ज कश्मीर सिंह ने उस विक्षिप्त व्यक्ति को असहाय एवं बूरी अवस्था में पाया। चौकी प्रभारी ने व्यक्ति की हालात को देखकर मानवीय दृष्टिकोण अपनाते हुये व्यक्ति को नहला धुलाकर, वस्त्र पहनाये। तत्पश्चात विक्षिप्त व्यक्ति को सोबन सिंह जीना बेस अस्पताल में ले जाकर स्वास्थ्य परीक्षण के साथ कोरोना की जांच भी करवायी।

The post in charge took a humanitarian approach after seeing the condition of the person, washed and dressed the person. Later, the disrespectful person was taken to Soban Singh Jina Base Hospital and got tested for corona along with a health checkup.
