उत्तरकाशी पुलिस को चार हाईवे पेट्रोलिंग कार आवंटित किए गए हैं। हाईवे पेट्रोलिंग कारों को पुलिस कार्यालय उत्तरकाशी के पास से एसपी पीके राय ने पूजा-अर्चना के बाद हरी झण्डी दिखाकर रवाना किया। पहाड़ी हाईवे पर सड़क दुर्घटनाओं की रोकथाम के लिए और निर्बाध यातायात प्रबन्ध के साथ-साथ हाईवे पर होने वाले अपराधों की रोकथाम के लिए यह कदम उठाया गया है।

Four highway patrol cars have been allotted to Uttarkashi Police. The highway patrol cars were flagged off by SP PK Rai from near the police office Uttarkashi after offering prayers. This step has been taken for the prevention of road accidents on hilly highways and for smooth traffic management as well as for the prevention of crimes on the highway.
