राज्यपाल लेफ्टिनेंट जनरल गुरमीत सिंह (से नि) से राजभवन में संस्थापक चेयरमेन, इंटरनेशनल कराटे ऑर्गनाइजेशन श्री देव नाथ ने शिष्टाचार भेंट की। इस अवसर पर उनके साथ विभिन्न चैंपियनशिप में विजेता बच्चे भी मौजूद रहे। इस अवसर पर राज्यपाल ने सभी बच्चों की सराहना की और कहा कि कराटे में बच्चों द्वारा अच्छा प्रदर्शन किया जाना प्रशंसनीय है। राज्यपाल ने कहा कि लड़कियों हेतु इस तरह आत्मरक्षा से संबंधित खेल बेहद जरूरी है। इससे जहां उनका शारीरिक विकास होगा वहीं ऐसे खेल उन्हें आत्मरक्षा में भी सहायक होंगे।
