पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री हरीश रावत बुधवार दोपहर अचानक लालकुंआ कोतवाली पहुंचे। उन्होंने कोतवाली में पुलिसकर्मियों से मुलाकात की और हाथ जोड़कर उनसे पोस्टल बैलेट के माध्यम से कांग्रेस के पक्ष में मतदान करने की अपील की। हरीश रावत ने कहा कि कांग्रेस सरकार बनते ही पुलिसकर्मियों से किया गया ग्रेड पे का वादा पूरा किया जायेगा।

Former Chief Minister Harish Rawat suddenly reached Lalkua Kotwali on Wednesday afternoon. He met policemen in Kotwali and with folded hands appealed to them to vote in favor of Congress through postal ballot. Harish Rawat said that as soon as the Congress government is formed, the promise of grade pay made to the policemen will be fulfilled.
