देवप्रयाग विधानसभा सीट पर पूर्व ब्लाॅक प्रमुख मगन सिंह बिष्ट को टिकट न मिलने से अब उन्होंने भाजपा छोड़कर यूकेडी का दामन पकड़ लिया है। मगन सिंह बिष्ट पूर्व कैबिनेट मंत्री दिवाकर भट्ट की उपस्थिति में यूकेडी में शामिल हुए।
