जानकारी के अनुसार, बांग्लादेश की विशेष ट्राइब्यूनल अदालत ने 2024 के छात्र आंदोलन के दौरान हुए कथित दमन से जुड़े मामले में पूर्व गृह मंत्री असदुज्‍जमा खान कमाल को भी फांसी की सजा सुनाई है और पूर्व पुलिस प्रमुख चौधरी अब्दुल्ला अल मामून को 5 साल की कैद की सजा दी गई है।

According to reports, Bangladesh’s special tribunal court has sentenced former Home Minister Asaduzzaman Khan Kamal to death in the case linked to alleged repression during the 2024 student movement. Former police chief Chowdhury Abdullah Al Mamun has also been awarded five years of imprisonment in the same case.
