Forest Department on alert after increased leopard activity in Champawat, Uttarakhand

According to report, the Forest Department is on alert mode due to increased leopard activity in the Lohaghat area of Champawat. It was reported that since a person died in an attack in Nov, the team has been conducting regular patrols and is also appealing to people not to go out alone at night and to step out in groups for safety.
