जानकारी के अनुसार, नैनीताल जिले के रामनगर वन प्रभाग के फतेहपुर रेंज में वन विभाग ने एक बाघ को ट्रैंकुलाइज कर पकड़ लिया है और यह वही बाघ माना जा रहा है जिसने हाल ही में दो महिलाओं पर हमला किया था। फिलहाल बाघ के डीएनए और अन्य साक्ष्यों की जांच कर यह पुष्टि की जा रही है कि क्या यही वही आदमखोर बाघ है।
