उत्तराखंड के खिलाड़ियों से जुड़ी बड़ी खबर है। बताया जा रहा है कि राज्य में पहली बार खिलाड़ियों को हिमालय पुत्र पुरस्कार मिलेगा। ये पुरस्कार छह खिलाड़ियों को दिया जाएगा। इस प्राप्त करने वाले एक दिव्यांग, दो टीम एवं तीन व्यक्तिगत स्पर्धा के खिलाड़ी होंगे। इसके लिए चयन प्रक्रिया चल रही है। शासन स्तर से मंत्री के अनुमोदन के बाद पुरस्कारों के लिए चयनित खिलाड़ियों के नाम घोषित किए जाएंगे।
