नए साल, नई ऋतु (बसंत ऋतु), नए फूलों के आने का संदेश लाने वाला उत्तराखंड के पहाड़ों का लोक पर्व ‘फूलदेई’  जिसे ‘बाल पर्व’ भी कहा जाता है, दिनांक 14.03.2022 को पुलिस लाइन चंबा में निवासरत पुलिस परिवार की महिलाओं/बच्चों द्वारा लाइन परिसर में हर्षोल्लास के साथ मनाया गया।

The folk festival of the mountains of Uttarakhand, 'Phuldei', also known as 'Bal Parv', which brings the message of the new year, new season (spring season), the arrival of new flowers, was held on 14.03.2022 of the police family residing in police line Chamba. Celebrated with gaiety by the women/children in the line premises.
