First lunar eclipse of 2026 to occur on March 3
According to report, the first lunar eclipse of the year will occur on March 3, 2026, coinciding with Phalguna Purnima, and will be visible as a “Blood Moon.” It has been stated that the eclipse will begin at around 3:20 PM and continue until approximately 6:46 PM. However, in India it will be visible only for a limited time after sunset.
