जानकारी के अनुसार, जम्मू के ग्रेटर कैलाश इलाके में जम्मू-कश्मीर के पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री फारूक अबदुल्ला पर एक व्यक्ति ने गोली चला दी। बताया गया कि घटना के समय उनके साथ उपमुख्यमंत्री सुरिंदर चौधरी भी मौजूद थे और गोलीबारी में फारूक अबदुल्ला सुरक्षित बच गए, जबकि सुरिंदर चौधरी को हल्की चोट आई है। वहीं पुलिस ने आरोपी को तुरंत गिरफ्तार कर लिया है।
